Manage or cancel your subscription

For App Store purchases, open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name, then Subscriptions → absorvia. See Apple’s cancellation instructions. Request an Apple refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

For purchases made through Google Play during Android testing, use Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. See Google Play subscription help. Android is not yet publicly available.

Deleting the app or its data does not cancel a subscription. The current offer, eligibility and renewal terms are shown at purchase.

Premium is missing

Check that your store account is the one used for the purchase, connect to the internet and use Restore Purchases in absorvia. If Premium is still missing, contact us with your app version and purchase store. Do not delete your writing or reinstall as a first troubleshooting step.

Voice capture

During setup anyone can speak their first thought. After setup, voice capture is part of Premium. Allow microphone and speech-recognition access when requested. Transcription happens on your device; availability depends on your device and supported speech language.

If transcription fails and your version offers Settings → Recovered Recordings, you can recover, export or delete the local recording there. Successful transcription removes the temporary audio. If you cannot find this option, include your app version when contacting support.

Reflections and sharing

AI reflections need your permission, an internet connection and an available plan allowance. You can still write when a reflection is unavailable. Manage consent in Settings → INTELLIGENCE → AI Reflections.

In versions with My Reflection, a saved reflection can become a Post or Story card in light or dark. Creating the card is free on every plan once a reflection has been saved. Review the preview before sharing; it can contain personal details and does not include an AI-generated label. Nothing is posted automatically.

Your data

Use Settings → DATA → Export Thoughts to keep a copy, or Delete All Data to clear the local library. Copies in Photos, files, backups or other apps are separate. Read deletion instructions and the Privacy Policy.
